If you do not agree to the Shwe Dream Community Terms and Conditions of Use, please disconnect immediately. Shwe Dream Community is a free service that is offered to its Members in the attempt that our members are able to meet in a non-obtrusive friendly environment. Although, we do not actively monitor and therefore cannot directly control this site, we will make every attempt to keep things working in the above-mentioned fashion.

You are solely responsible for your communication with other members, and any Content you publish on the Site or transmit to other members. Shwe Dream Community may from time to time monitor or review the Contents of communication between its Members. You agree therefore that your communication with other Members through the Site is public, not private. While Shwe Dream Community reserves its right to edit, refuse to post or remove any Content (in whole or in part) that in Shwe Dream Community's sole discretion is in any way objectionable or in violation of any applicable or relevant law or this Agreement, Shwe Dream Community has no obligation whatsoever to monitor communication between its Members or to edit, delete or refuse to post such contents.

While Shwe Dream Community has no facilities to monitor conduct of its Members off the site, it is also a breach of this Agreement to use any contacts entered through the Site for any illegal activities, abusing, harassing or harming another person.

The Site contains links to third party websites and advertisements with such links. These linked websites are not under control of Shwe Dream Community and Shwe Dream Community is not responsible for the contents of any linked web site. The inclusion of the link or advertisement on the Site does not imply any endorsement of the linked website, and Shwe Dream Community has no knowledge of those web sites and/or their products. You should refer to the relevant advertiser for the product information and customer support.

This Agreement is effective until terminated by Shwe Dream Community. Shwe Dream Community may terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason without notice. In the event of termination, you will be no longer authorized to access the Site, but this Agreement will remain in effect and all restrictions imposed on you, licenses granted by you and all Shwe Dream Community disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in this Agreement will survive.

Please report any Member misconduct to us by clicking the Report Abuse link on their profile. The posting of solicitation, offensive, explicit, or homosexual content is expressly prohibited. All Users of this site and the information contained herein do so at their own risk. We suggest always using proper judgment and give no assurances against and/or towards anything when posting or reviewing information on this site. Information included on Shwe Dream Community is intended for informational purposes only.

Shwe Dream Community and/or any of its affiliates shall in no way, shape, or form be held liable for any reasons (defined as broadly as possible) due to the use of this site by anyone. Any suggestions, ideas, input, posting, or intellectual property (defined as broadly as possible) submitted to Shwe Dream Community, immediately become unconditionally and fully transferred to and owned by Shwe Dream Community. Shwe Dream Community may, in its discretion, send email to your registered email address. If you do not wish to receive email from Shwe Dream Community, do not join or if you have already joined, delete your profile from the service. Shwe Dream Community is not responsible for deleting your profile for you although this is very easy to do.
